The car was present in Sweden as early as 1950, and possibly earlier. In any case, the records show that Swan Olson, of 2503 Rodeo Road (now Obama Boulevard), paid his registration fee in Santa Monica in April 1949. Perhaps the owner's name was Sven Olsson, and he or a relative took the car back to Sweden.
A series of carefully maintained tax receipts, which also has a Swedish registration certificate from 1954. The first tax receipt is from 1951. We also found a couple of inspection orders from the Swedish state police, from 1962 and 1963, two years before (Swedish car testing) started its operations in 1965. A substantial folder with papers and receipts tells the history of the recent past. The Plymouth was restored in the early 2000s and still remains very nice. The current owner has been the formal owner since 2006, but his father has driven the car the most, frequently with an SMV egg house caravan attached. The father has been an active participant in the Wheels 'n' Wings event, which has been held in Varberg and, more recently, Falkenberg. The car registry says the car was first registered in 1987, but an older licence plate shows the year 1976, which means the car should have been on the current registry (which was introduced in 1973) all along. With diligent investigation in the National Archives record, a new owner who may be interested in car history can undoubtedly find out the whole history.

Safe, reliable and easy to drive. Engine, gearbox and chassis play nicely together. The brakes were renovated a couple of years ago.

Clean and stylish interior design gives a general fresh impression. The dashboard itself is a lovely little work of art to gaze at for a while. Nice carpets and headliner.

With excellent paint and bodywork, as well as a lot of fine chrome and numerous nice features, it makes a great impression. The colour on the thresholds inside the doors is a little inconsistent.

General information about the condition of the vehicles .
- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
