Beschreibung
It was manufactured in 1979 but was not sold until 2004. After a few weeks, the previous owner had a minor mishap with it and sprained one of the fork legs significantly. It was only driven approximately 50 miles after the sprain and then sat outside for nearly 4 years. The current owner purchased it after receiving a tip. He only used it for a short time, but he thought it worked well. It was inspected before being parked in the garage by the owner. However, a new front fork and a Ducati ignition system were installed around a year ago.
The ignition technology used by Ducati is the same as that used by the Ural.
There was a Russian electronic ignition system fitted from the start, which caused issues, but this has already been resolved with the Ducati system.
New tops and carburetors were also purchased to match the ignition.
In order to improve charging security, a new alternator was installed.
This Dnepr 650 has only 2142 km on it, so it still has plenty of life in it.
The engine has just been serviced. This is sold in Sweden, as opposed to most others, which are directly imported from the east.

I mitten av 2000-talet ställde fabriken in produktionen, men långt in på 2010-talet pågick viss reservdelsproduktion i fabrikslokalerna.
