This car is from the Bollnäs and Östersund area. Outside was repainted red in the 1980s, then dismantled and repainted before being restored to its original color (creamy white) in the late 1990s. After then, the car sat for a few years until being sold (freshly painted and in good condition but not fully assembled) to a VW collector in Östersund. He fitted the lights and bumpers and drove for a few years. It has now been serviced at Fahlkes in Åmål and is being offered for sale as the owner has too many cars.
A truly exceptional specimen. The engine, transmission, and brakes are all in good working order. When driving the car and inspecting specifics (such as seat and steering wheel wear), it is determined that the meter reading is correct. Fully prepared car, ready for a holiday trip in 2022, or why not an autumn trip in 2021?

In terms of driving, it starts promptly and runs well. Excellent handling, brakes, and engine power. The engine compartment is clean and well-organized.

Unusually well-kept and nice interior, a seam on the edge of the driver 's seat is repaired by hand (see photos). Slightly sun-bleached, yellowed upholstery under the rear window (as usual).

Complete and fresh. The paint has some dust and runs, but the overall impression is positive. The trim, lights, chrome, and detailing are all in superb condition. The use of original radial tires adds to the classic ambiance and works nicely.

A bubbla that is extremely nice to drive. Also complete and wonderful on the outside, inside, and underneath. There is no rust damage.

Fakten zum Modell
1965 var sista utförandet med de gamla släta fälgarna (i bilen skulör) med de bulliga navkapslarna samt vit ratt. Året efter kom svart ratt och svarta knappar samt fälgar med hål osv. Många tycker därför att 1965-or (och äldre) är mer bilsköna och därför mer eftertraktade.

- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
