The current owner purchased the car in 2018 and has just used it as a summer car, always keeping it garaged. The car has had a few long-term owners and was most likely repainted in the early 2000s. According to the car's history, a musician purchased the car new and fitted 1970's carpet in the boot to protect his instruments while traveling, and the carpeting is still in place. Under the current owner's ownership, he changed the water pump and thermostat, as well as the head gasket, dampers, bushes, and brakes. The car's bodywork is straight and clean, with no visible corrosion or damage, and it is inspected/MOT'd until 2024-10-31, so it is ready to drive home.

Zustand technisch
This car runs and drives really well and feels very steady on the road thanks to the owner's careful maintenance and upkeep. There are no issues and the wheels and tires are in good condition.

Zustand Interieur
The interior is in great condition, clean and original, with few traces of wear. The seats are firm and have nice headrests, as well as good carpets and a good headliner. A rev counter and a temperature gauge have been added as extra gauges.

The bodywork is very straight and clean, with no evidence of corrosion or damage, and the underbody is in good condition. As previously stated, the car was repainted and is currently in nice condition, with only very few minor paint blemishes visible if you look closely. The chrome is in good condition with slight oxidation spots here and there, and the right corner of the front bumper rubber bumper needs to be refitted.

Den tvådörrade versionen av 1600, kallad 1600-2, debuterade på Geneve Motor Show i mars 1966 och såldes fram till 1975. 1971 förenklades modellbeteckningen till "1602" och på 1600-2 stod det bara "1600" på emblemet. Motorn var en 1,6 liters M10-motor som genererade 85 hk (63 kW) vid 5 700 rpm.
En högpresterande version, 1600 TI, introducerades i september 1967. Med en dubbla Solex förgasare från 1800 TI, producerade 1600 TI 105 hk (77 kW) vid 6 000 rpm. Fordonsvikten för 1600 TI var 960 kg.

- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
