Beschreibung
A Swedish-sold Hudson that has been in Närke for more than 50 years. It was largely renovated and repainted about 45 years ago. The current owner's father purchased it just over 40 years ago and has been working with it and driving it as a hobby car ever since. During that period, it was repainted once more.

Zustand technisch
Easy to start, quiet and stable running. Good brakes but slight leakage, possibly a cylinder, should be checked. In recent years stored in a garage, so service and review are recommended.

Zustand Interieur
Great plush seats, nice carpets and headliner, and attractively painted. The dashboard and window frames are styled in the 1930s. The ride is made more comfortable by the heater and fresh air intake in front of the windscreen.

Fine paint, glossy, tires and glass in impeccable condition. A ventilation window is a little "milky" at the edges.

A vintage car that was renovated in accordance with the standards of the period and is still in good condition. This car will be ready for new challenges after an inspection and servicing, now that the owner's family will be handing over the baton after more than 40 years.

Fakten zum Modell
Hudson Motor Car Company i Detroit Michigan tillverkade bilar mellan 1909 och 1954. Därefter blev det en del av American Motors Corp genom en fusion med Nash. År 1957 försvann Hudson som eget märke.
I skarven av 20/30-talet producerade Hudson stora vagnar med åttacylindriga motorer men fick problem under depressionen. De överlevde tack vare "lågprismärket" Essex och dess efterföljare Terraplane, systermärken i Hudson koncernen. Mot slutet av 30-talet gick affärerna bättre och Terraplane blev 1938 nu en modell i Hudsons program, tillsammans med modellerna Six och Eight. Den erbjöds i olika karossvarianter såsom Coupé, Cabriolet och fyradörrars Sedaner i olika utrustningsversioner.

General information about the condition of the vehicles .
- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
