Since new, the car has only had three owners and has spent most of its time in Kil (near Karlstad). Except for the replacement of a front wing and spring leg tower, it is unrenovated. Several paint enhancements can be found around the lower bodywork. The engine is fine, but it does leak a few drops of oil onto the garage floor. Overall, we can say that the car is in good working order but could use some work to make it really nice. The car has 78,000 kilometers on it, but it could have gone 178,000 kilometers. but it appears to be the original 78,000 km
Unsure if it was driven in a rally? Only a few of the original "cup cars" beetles are still alive today, but several replicas have been built over the years.

Zustand technisch
Everything works as it should, with the exception of the automatic chock, which must be "activated" manually when cold starting the engine. The engine has a minor oil leak. Mechanically, the car is in good condition. Good wheels. The front spring leg tower has been repaired previously.

Zustand Interieur
The windows, headliner, and door cards are all in good shape. With normal wear and tear, the rubber mat on the floor is okay. The instrument panel is operational. The spare wheel is ok condition. With seat cover on the drivers' seats, the upholstery looks good.

Zustand Exterieur
The right wheel housing has minor rust damage (see attached picture)
The inner side beam frame, to which the jack brackets are attached, is rusted. Otherwise, some areas of the bodywork have been improved. The tailgate and left front wing have been repainted. There could be more that have been repainted without the current owner's knowledge. Rubber seals and chrome are ok. -
Zustand gesamt
A car that is in good working order, looks good, is ready to drive, and has been inspected/MOT until 2021-09-30. It's a relatively untouched car that every VW collector should own.

Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
