Zustand technisch
It starts easily and the engine runs smoothly and quietly. The car was test-driven at a relaxed pace through residential and industrial areas, as well as on a main road. It offers calm, comfortable and undramatic driving, with good pulling power when required. The steering, clutch, gearbox, road holding and brakes all appear to be in good working order.
The car has not been inspected on a lift, but everything visible appeared to be in good condition. No remarks were made at previous roadworthiness inspections. -
Zustand Interieur
A pleasant, attractive and well-preserved original interior. The front and rear seats offer good comfort. The door cards, interior panels, headlining and carpets are all in good condition. Protective floor mats are fitted. The steering wheel, controls, dashboard and instruments are in equally fine condition. All electrical functions work, although the pixels in the ACC display operate intermittently, and the system also needs recharging. The radio unit works. An electrical outlet and an additional cabin heater are also fitted.

Zustand Exterieur
Attractive and well-maintained original paintwork in an unusual colour. There are some stone chips and minor paint flaking on the bonnet, but otherwise it presents well. There is a small dent on the C-pillar that has been there for many years, as well as a slight indication of corrosion on the left rear dogleg.
The rubber, plastic, trim and lighting components are in good condition. The badges have faded slightly. Attractive BBS alloy wheels are fitted with good Michelin tyres. A set of winter tyres on wheels is also included. An engine heater with a connection socket at the front is fitted. -
Zustand gesamt
These cars were a common sight on our roads not long ago, but their numbers are now beginning to decline. This presents an opportunity to acquire an emerging classic in an attractive specification, with low mileage, a good level of equipment and plenty still to offer its next owner.

Fakten zum Modell
The first generation of the 9-3, produced from 1998 to 2003, was therefore primarily a facelifted version of the earlier 900. It received redesigned bumpers, a new grille and revised rear styling, partly following the same design concept as the larger 9-5. The chassis and crash safety were also improved.
Available body styles included three- and five-door hatchbacks, as well as a popular Convertible. Saab also produced the potent Viggen performance model. The 9-3 was a relatively popular mid-size car, combining practicality with enjoyable road manners, good handling and the classic Saab character.

General information about the condition of the vehicles .
- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
