The bodywork underwent repairs, rust issues were addressed, and the car was repainted in red, departing from its original blue color. A mechanical overhaul was also performed, and the car was put back on the road. Later on, the engine was replaced with a Mercedes 230 motor that had covered 150,000 kilometers. Additionally, a 5-speed manual gearbox and servo steering were added to make it more family-friendly.
The interior received upgrades as well, including better old seats, side panels, and door cards. Throughout its life, the car has been well-maintained, serving as a cherished summer car and even being used for special occasions like weddings and student events.

Zustand Interieur
The interior of the car is clean and well-maintained, featuring white vinyl seats in good condition, albeit with a few spots of wear in certain areas. The door cards are in good shape, and the headliner is intact with a few marks and a small repair in the rear, as seen in the picture.
However, the carpet in the front is quite worn and damaged. On the dashboard, there are a few small cracks on the top panel and some varnish has cracked on the wooden panels. The instrumentation is complete and in working order, and the car is equipped with a functioning Webasto electric sunroof. It also features a wooden steering wheel and gear knob. -
Zustand Exterieur
The previous renovation has held up well, and the bodywork is straight with no major rust concerns. While the paintwork remains vibrant, there are some small paint cracks near the lower door and front wing joint, a small blister on the front bonnet's edges, and a few minor touch-ups around the wings and boot lid. The chrome is generally clean and shiny, except for a small hole in the left rear bumper. The underbody is tidy, with signs of older repair work beneath the driver's side.

General information about the condition of the vehicles .
- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
