The car comes from the Sandahl collections, which Bilweb Auctions AB will sell in the early spring under four different themes; first out are some of the family's popular workhorses, mainly Mercedes, Volkswagen, and a joker, then half a dozen exclusive fine Rolls-Royce and Jaguar, followed by a selection of early Ford cars and a Chevrolet from the childhood and youth of motoring. The last will be 7 USA cars, of which 5 are representative full-size USA cars from GM's 1959 models, the year when the fins were at their largest. Sandahls is today one of Sweden's largest family-owned transport conglomerates. The company was founded in Värnamo in 1949. Older generations have in their private museum for many years collected about 40 cars under various themes. Bilweb Auctions AB has now been tasked with selling these over four rounds in February, March, and April this year.

Zustand technisch
The car is operational but requires a comprehensive service and inspection, although no significant problems have been identified. The brake warning lights activate during driving, yet the brakes remain functional. The engine bay is clean, but the bonnet struts are due for replacement. It features appealing wheels with older tires that are still in good condition. Additionally, extra indicators have been installed on the rear bumper.

Zustand Interieur
The interior is a great condition, showing no visible damages and featuring attractive red leather seats that complement the well-maintained carpets and door cards. The electric windows, mirrors, and roof are all fully operational. Additionally, the digital displays on the dashboard, including the air conditioning, function properly. The heat control buttons require multiple presses to operate effectively and may need further examination. Overall, the car offers a pleasant and extremely comfortable driving experience.

Zustand Exterieur
The bodywork of the car is in great condition, with no damage or rust on the body panels, and features a clean and tidy underbody. However, the plastic around the bumper edges has become brittle and broken, a common issue with these cars, as shown in the pictures. The chrome detailing is good and bright, and the rubber elements around the car are in good shape. While the roof is intact, there are a few small holes in the side panels, as detailed in the pictures. The headliner inside is complete and good.

If you're in search of a fun and unique car that comfortably accommodates four adults, this car provides immense pleasure and comfort at a very attractive price. Given its excellent condition, it promises many years of reliable and trouble-free driving ahead.

General information about the condition of the vehicles .
- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
