Fakten zum Modell
1946 – When the modernization of the smaller Swedish farms pushed well in the height of the Second World War, Volvo was ready with its new tractor T21 with cylinder kerosene engine. When T21 was manufactured for a few years, it was replaced by T22 with better brakes and larger tires. Later, T23 was adapted for clean gasoline operation. What distinguished the best-seller T24 and T25 from the former was above all the increased wheelbase and slightly larger engine. Kerosene T24 gave 27, 5 hp and the Petrol T25 31 hp. Furthermore, T24 and T25 had more equipment. Here was the linkage and PTO standard.
For a couple of years, Volvo T24 and T25 were manufactured in parallel with BM 24 and 25 – which were identical except as to Bolinder Munktell's green. Both were manufactured from the autumn of 1950 at Bolinder Munktell in Eskilstuna.
