• Zustand technisch

  The car starts easily and the engine runs well. On the road it feels stable, with a smooth-working automatic gearbox and good brakes. A recent brake service was carried out for the inspection, which is valid until 2027-07-31.
  
  The electric windows, seats, mirrors and sunroof are working, while the air conditioning is currently not functioning. Fitted with aftermarket alloy wheels in good condition and a good set of tyres.

• Zustand Interieur

  Interior is complete, original and in usable condition. The seats show age-related wear, including some holes on the driver’s seat and along the edges of the rear seat. A thorough clean and reconditioning would certainly lift the interior. The rear section of the headliner has started to sag, while the door cards and interior panels remain in good condition.
  
  The dashboard retains its original instrumentation with an extra radio fitted, together with a wooden Momo steering wheel. The wood trim presents well, although the dashboard pad has a crack. Carpets throughout are in acceptable condition.

• Zustand Exterieur

  The car presents well from a few metres away, with straight bodywork overall, but there are areas of rust blistering dotted around the car. The bonnet shows the most, with further blistering around the wheel arches, corners, along the rear frame below the rear window and on the lower inner edges of the doors — please see the detailed photos.
  
  The underbody looks solid, with no notable damage or major rust problems. The paintwork remains bright overall, although the paint has flaked from the right front plastic trim. The chrome work is in acceptable condition, with a rust hole on the front corner of the bumper. The windscreen also has a crack along the lower front edge.

• Zustand gesamt

  Popular Mercedes coupé with V8 power, just waiting for the right enthusiast to address the cosmetic and interior issues. Perfectly usable and enjoyable as it is, with plenty of potential to improve over time.

General information about the condition of the vehicles .

• At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
• During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.

Important to know before placing your bids!

• Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
• When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
• If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
• If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
• Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
• For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
