Zustand technisch
According to information from the previous owner, everything worked perfectly with the engine, clutch, gearbox, and brakes. It was also driven home by the current owner, but unfortunately it was then left standing. It has not been started since, but reportedly the engine turns over. It has not been inspected on a lift.

Zustand Interieur
Fine interior which has unfortunately been visited by mice, resulting in damage to the door panel on the driver's door. Otherwise, the interior is in fine condition with lovely comfort. Steering wheel, controls, dashboard, and gauges appear to be in good original condition, but have not been tested. Fine headliner.

Zustand Exterieur
Fine paint that is now in need of reconditioning. Likewise, the chrome and trim are in fine condition, but the bumpers have become affected by rust. Glass, emblems, and lighting details are in good condition. The wheels and wheel chrome are in fine condition and have good whitewall tires, though their age is unknown. The engine bay is in good condition but needs to be looked over.

Zustand gesamt
Fundamentally a fine example of one of motoring history's design icons, one that with a new owner both can and deserves to stretch its legs on the road again. The American dream is present here, and the car offers the comfort and prestige that the "crème de la crème" of its day could enjoy. A genuine classic and a collector vehicle of significant motoring-history interest.

The 1939 Cadillac Series 60 Special Fleetwood had a 346 ci V8 engine producing 135 hp and is considered one of the most iconic luxury cars in American automotive history. The model was built by Fischer Body based on Fleetwood's exclusive designs and was aimed at affluent owners who preferred to drive themselves rather than employ a chauffeur. The 1939 model year saw 5,135 examples produced. The Classic Car Club of America has granted the model Full Classic status, making it a sought-after collector's item.

General information about the condition of the vehicles .
- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
