Inspection records are available from 1997, with only a few missing. These confirm the car's low mileage. The car has only been driven 50,000 kilometers (5,000 swedish miles) over the past 22 years, from 2002 to 2024. In the last 4 years, it has been driven just 200 kilometers (20 swedish miles).
A previous owner scratched the right rear fender and door in the garage. The car has been repaired and repainted by Eskilstuna Car Painting. Photos and video were taken before the repainting.
The car was serviced for a timing belt and water pump replacement at Meka Hammarby in Eskilstuna on May 30, 2024. A receipt is available. The Volvo passed inspection on May 3, 2024, without any remarks and with praise.
Everything in the car is in working order. The owner's manual, service book, and all keys are included.
The car comes with winter tires, an engine block heater, and an interior heater. It also has a tow bar.

Zustand technisch
Technically in a very fine, well-preserved condition. The car passed a new inspection on May 3, 2024, without any remarks. A new condenser for the AC has been installed. The timing belt and water pump have been replaced as expected. Start-up service has been performed. All functions in the car work flawlessly.

Nice half-leather interior that has held up very well. I guess the car had seat covers on for many years. All instruments and functions in the car are in good condition. The carpets, door panels, and headliner are in great shape. The dashboard is also in good condition. It’s fun to see the complete hands-free kit for the portable mobile phone, Ericsson brand – Swedish through and through.

Externally, the car is also in good condition. There are a few small wash scratches and stone chips, but the overall impression is very good. One rear fender and rear door have been repainted due to a minor parking damage, professionally done. There are a few minor scuffs on the wheels, but nothing that detracts from the car's fine overall appearance.

- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
