A VW 1200 from 1958, that fell out of the car register. All the documentation needed to bring it back into the register is available.
The car has been stored for around 47 years, which may explain why it is in such good and untouched condition.
Before being started up after its rest, it had the fuel tank cleaned and new fuel lines fitted. The carburetor and fuel pump have been rebuilt, as well as fresh oil, seals, and valve adjustment.
The brakes have been renovated and the car has been fitted with the original ATE master cylinder and brakes cylinders. At the same time, this was done, all the brake lines were replaced with new copper ones.
The car runs and works as it should, even the pop out indicators work.
When it was discovered that the floor mats were dried and crack, in connection with the start-up, the owner purchased a new mat set that is included, see picture. The right rear jack mount came loose and a replacement one is included.

Runs well in the engine and gearbox. Even the indicators work.

Zustand Interieur
The interior is in good used condition. There is some surface rust on the floor and new rubber mats are included with the car. The rubber seals on the doors and hatches are dried out. The side panel under the left side window in the rear has been taped in place, see picture. Some stains on the fabric headliner.

Original paintwork is in patinated condition. A few dents mainly on the right front wing.

- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
