This car was sold new in November 1997. The second owner bought it from LO,s bil in Västerås but kept it for only about 4 months. The current owner purchased the car in August 1999. An inspection record from 2010 shows a mileage of 67,860 km, meaning the car has only been driven approximately 650 km over the past 16 years. The car is in fantastic condition for a W210. Rust was a major enemy of this Mercedes model, but this car has fared very well. Extensive documentation, though the service book is not stamped. A notebook recording completed services is available. The car was most recently inspected on 260911 with no remarks.

Engine and gearbox working together satisfactorily. All technical functions in order. Reservation for the AC, which does not cool fully. A diesel heater is fitted, with uncertain function. Fine original wheels with good tires. These are somewhat aged but have good tread depth. Two keys with two working remote controls.

Slightly soiled upholstery and door panels, but everything is intact. A professional interior detailing would markedly improve the overall impression. The small cover by the center console has come loose from its mounts, but this should be very easy to fix.

Glossy and attractive paint, although for the discerning buyer there is potential to raise the standard yet another level. There is rust around the trunk lid lock as well as a minor touch-up on the driver's door. We have not discovered any other rust. The car has not been inspected on a lift, but from what we can see it looks good. Good glass, light fixtures, and trim.

A W210 in this condition and with such low mileage is hard to find on the market today. The six-cylinder engine, with its strong low-end torque, is a perfect match for this body
