We have not attempted to start or test the engine or drivetrain, as there are currently no keys and the steering is locked to the right. Under the bonnet, everything appears complete. Some preparation work has also been started around the rear window frame, ready for the necessary welding repairs.
In my view, for a Lincoln enthusiast this does not look like a huge project to get back on the road. It will require some welding work together with a proper mechanical review and recommissioning of the engine, drivetrain, brakes and other systems after its long period off the road.
You hardly ever see these huge American “land yachts” on the road today, and this is a rare opportunity to bring one back to life.

Zustand technisch
The car has not been started or tested by BWA. There are no keys and the steering is currently locked to the right. Under the bonnet, everything appears to be in place and complete, but the mechanical condition of the engine and drivetrain is unknown.
The car will need to be collected by transport. We can assist the buyer with loading at our depot. -
Zustand Interieur
Interior is in good condition overall for a renovation project. There is some damage to the outer edge of the driver’s seat, together with a few loose panels and trim pieces. Several removed interior parts are included with the car and are currently stored in the boot — please see the detailed pictures.

Zustand Exterieur
Bodywork is straight overall, with the main rust damage concentrated around the roof edges, together with some smaller areas around the boot lid and doors. The underbody looks reasonably solid with no major problems noted, mainly general surface rust.
The paintwork has a matte, aged finish throughout. If the car is renovated, the existing finish should make it relatively straightforward to colour-match repaired areas while retaining the car’s overall appearance. Please see the detailed pictures. -
Zustand gesamt
There are several options with this car — renovate it and bring it back to the road, use it as a donor for its many useful parts, or take the opportunity to build something completely new and interesting. The car is sold strictly as a project and will need to be collected by transport.

General information about the condition of the vehicles .
- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
