Beschreibung
This Panhard Dyna was sold new in 1951 to a Mr. Berqvist, residing in Västerhiske, Umeå parish. Mr. Bergqvist held the title of attendant. One year later, Mr. Berqvist sold his Panhard to a neighbor, Mr. Markgren, who held the title of first attendant. We conclude that both Mr. Berqvist and Mr. Markgren worked at the nearby Umedalen hospital. In 1960, Markgren traded in his Panhard at Bilcentralen in Umeå. The latest entry on the old registration certificate states that the car was sold to the merchant Jonsson in the city of Skellefteå.
Sometime during the 1990s, Mr. Hedman acquired the car and began a restoration. The entire interior was newly sewn by a family member, and the rest of the car was restored by Mr. Hedman himself. The car is reportedly fully sorted mechanically. This is likely the case, but we cannot verify it since the owner has passed away. The car has been standing for a long time, at least since 2018, and needs a service overhaul and general inspection before any attempt to start it. We do not know for certain what needs to be done to the car before it can be test driven.
We do not know when the car was deregistered, but it was in any case before the state introduced the central vehicle register in 1973. The car still carries the old county registration number AC 11610. A certified copy of the old registration certificate is included. The buyer will therefore need to apply for an origin control with the Swedish Transport Agency (Transportstyrelsen), and once approved, the car can then undergo a registration inspection at the vehicle inspection station.
Only 1 ignition key is included with the car.
This is a distance auction. The photographs were taken by an independent photographer, and information about the vehicle and its technical condition, to the extent such information has been available, has been obtained from the estate administrator. BWA has therefore not inspected the car on site at the seller's location.

The car is missing a starter battery and no attempts to start it were made at the time of photography. We recommend that the buyer clean the fuel tank and perform a service inspection before attempting to start it. The car is equipped with an air-cooled two-cylinder engine producing 33 hp.

Fakten zum Modell
The Dyna X86 model is known for its lightweight construction with aluminum body panels and a steel chassis, as well as its air-cooled boxer engine (with displacements of approx. 610–850 cc).
The engine in the Panhard Dyna X86, designed by Louis Delagarde, is a small mechanical masterpiece filled with advanced solutions borrowed from the aviation and racing worlds. It was developed to squeeze maximum power and revs out of a very small displacement.
