There are a few remarks regarding electrical components, such as the windshield wipers, tachometer, car radio, etc. We do not consider these to be any major issues; the buyer can address them over time.
In Värmland we have many kilometers of roads in poor condition, so even though the owner rarely or never drove on gravel roads, paint damage has occurred on the rear fenders from gravel spray. This is likely due to gravel remaining after winter road maintenance. (The motorcyclists of Värmland have the same problem with the poor road maintenance.) This can be resolved by the buyer having the rear fenders touch-up painted and possibly installing mud flaps – but how rock'n'roll are mud flaps on a Corvette Stingray?
There is only 1 ignition key for the car. The key for the door locks is missing.
The owner is now selling his boyhood dream through Bilweb Auctions. The car will be on display at the Bilweb Auctions booth at the large classic car swap meet in Töcksfors, Värmland, on Saturday, November 7, 2026. The event is organized by TCC - Töcksfor Car Club.

Zustand technisch
Equipped with a small-block 350 engine and a 4-speed manual gearbox. New clutch and new carburetor. Runs very well on the open road. At steady throttle, the car feels somewhat jerky. We believe this can be improved with a tune-up of the carburetor and ignition settings.

Zustand Interieur
Attractive original interior with newly installed door panels. The speedometer is calibrated in miles, with km/h markings applied as stickers. The odometer has stopped working, so the odometer reading is uncertain. The windshield wipers, tachometer, and car stereo are not working.

Zustand Exterieur
The body appears to be in good condition with attractive paintwork. The fiberglass body on the Corvette C3 can otherwise be sensitive to age, stresses, and improper handling. There are only a few minor remarks on this one. There is damage on the right front fender which the owner believes was caused by body stresses. The front bumper has a small dent on the right side. On the top of the rear fenders there are a few hair-thin so-called stress cracks in the paint. These are not conspicuous and are difficult to capture clearly in photos; you have to examine the paint a bit to notice them. At the front edge of the rear fenders, right by the door openings, the paint has been blasted by gravel spray. This needs to be addressed to make the car truly nice. Due to a flat tire, an odd tire in the correct size is mounted; the tire shop was unable to source an identical Firestone Indy 500. See the photos for more information about the car's condition. The undercarriage has been examined on a lift and is of normal standard for the model and age.

The American sports car dream personified. The car is ready to drive and is in good usable condition, in the upper range of the scale. It has only minor issues that need to be addressed.

General information about the condition of the vehicles .
- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
