Beurteilung Fahrzeugzustand
-
Zustand technisch
The car has been recently started, and the brakes have been overhauled, including a new master brake cylinder. The turn signals are not working, nor is the left brake light.
-
Zustand Interieur
Overall, the original interior is somewhat worn, with a nice patina.
-
Zustand Exterieur
From a few meters away, the car looks good, but there are imperfections in both the paint and chrome details. At some point, the Porsche was repainted from blue to silver. The right-hand vent window has a crack, and the rear bumper guards are damaged — see photos. The car is missing its hubcaps. It's important to keep in mind that this older restoration does not reflect today's quality standards but was rather a way to create a nice, usable car back in the 1970s or 1980s.
-
Zustand gesamt
A car that should easily be made roadworthy again. The older rust repairs are functional but not particularly pretty. It was fixed up in the late 20th century for regular use, not for show — see photos. The Porsche needs an inspection and service before it can be roadworthy and thus become inspection-exempt under current regulations.

Fakten zum Modell
At the end of 1959, Porsche launched the B model, which, compared to its predecessor, featured higher-mounted bumpers and headlights. It also introduced vent windows in the doors and seats mounted closer to the floor. A variety of engines were available, ranging from 60 to 140 hp.
In July 1963, the final generation of the Porsche 356 was introduced: the C model. This version came equipped with disc brakes, improved suspension, and better handling. Inside, the dashboard was more modern, and the doors now featured armrests.
The last Porsche 356 was built in September 1965.
