In addition to the top-specification Executive trim level, the car is generously equipped with features such as RTI navigation, an integrated telephone, a DVD player, and more. Executive specification includes soft leather upholstery, heated rear seats, electrically folding rear headrests, an electric rear sunblind, power-adjustable front seats on both sides, thicker laminated side windows, and numerous other comfort features.
This S80 is powered by a turbocharged inline six-cylinder engine with twin turbos producing 272 horsepower, paired with an automatic transmission.
In May, the car underwent a comprehensive service and refurbishment. Among the work carried out, all brake discs were replaced, the air-conditioning system was overhauled, and a new battery was installed. See the receipt in the photos.
The car is supplied with three keys and a set of older studded tyres mounted on alloy wheels. Please refer to the photos.

Zustand technisch
The engine and drivetrain perform well. The car has been well cared for, and in May it underwent a major service and maintenance overhaul; see the receipt in the photos. It is supplied with a set of older studded tyres, as shown in the pictures.
The stereo's information display is faulty, although the stereo itself works. A used replacement stereo unit is included with the car. This unit will need to be paired with the vehicle's other systems, a process that must be carried out by someone with access to the appropriate software. -
Zustand Interieur
The interior is in well-kept condition with normal signs of use; please refer to the photos. The driver's door weatherstrip is loose at the bottom, as shown in the picture.

The paintwork appears to be original and is, in my assessment, in good condition. There are a number of minor door dings around the car, which is to be expected given its age and mileage. The underside also appears to be in normal condition relative to the vehicle’s age and odometer reading.

Volvo’s flagship model and premium offering as it entered the new millennium, complete with an interesting history. There are a few details that could benefit from attention, but it remains an attractive modern classic and a rewarding enthusiast’s car.

General information about the condition of the vehicles .
- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
