Beschreibung
Power comes from a Volvo B5234T engine producing 193 horsepower, sourced from a 1997 Volvo S70 T5. The transmission is a Richmond T10 gearbox equipped with a Renegade sequential shifter. The fuel system is of custom design.
The chassis is constructed from Helens 4003, a ferritic steel grade used in Volvo buses and also employed by TVR. The front suspension is built using Volvo components combined with precision steel tubing, while the rear features a multi-link axle arrangement similar to that found in the Volvo 960 and Indigo. The braking system is dual-circuit, with separate front and rear systems operating disc brakes at all four corners.
The electrical system is based around a compact PLC controlled by ground signals, eliminating the need for conventional relays. The vehicle weighs 1,210 kg excluding driver and luggage.
The bodywork originates from AGM Sports Cars Ltd in England. Towards the end of the photo gallery for this lot, images are included of a British-built example that was used in the marketing of the body shells. These are followed by detailed specifications for this particular car, along with photographs documenting various stages of its construction.
A USB drive containing all of this documentation, together with photographs and build records compiled by the original builder, accompanies the vehicle.
The car is inspected, road legal, and ready to drive.
Teknische Daten
Beurteilung Fahrzeugzustand
-
Zustand technisch
The engine starts easily and runs smoothly and consistently. Build quality appears to be excellent, and the vehicle performs well as a cohesive package. During a short test drive, everything seemed to be in good working order.
Naturally, this is not something that can be compared to an ordinary road car—this machine is all about delivering a race-inspired driving experience. Although it was not inspected on a lift, visibility underneath was sufficient to assess most areas, all of which appeared well executed, structurally sound, and robustly engineered. -
Zustand Interieur
The interior is deliberately simple and weight-conscious, reflecting the car’s performance-focused character. The steering wheel, controls, and digital instrumentation are all in good condition and function as intended.
-
Zustand Exterieur
The quality of the build is impressive, with the blue paintwork presenting well overall. During the final stages of construction, the bonnet required modification and is therefore currently finished in primer only. The roll bar, windscreen, and lighting components are all in good condition. The car is fitted with attractive ABS wheels and a set of quality tyres in good condition.
-
Zustand gesamt
It has already been established that this is a very special machine, aimed at a buyer who understands the engineering behind it and has a genuine interest in driving fast.

Fakten zum Modell
The body was manufactured by AGM Sports Cars Ltd in England and had originally been purchased by a Swedish enthusiast. However, the original buyer never completed the intended build, and the body ultimately found its purpose in this project instead. AGM bodies were originally designed to be assembled using Ford Sierra components, although alternative mechanical specifications are, of course, entirely possible—as demonstrated by this particular car.
