The current owner purchased the car in the late 1970s. The Isetta was drivable but had a worn-out paint job. It wasn't particularly rusty, but some floor sections were replaced as needed, along with repairs to the lower parts of the wheel wells. A larger renovation took place in 1987, which included new tires, joints, and brakes. The body underwent an inspection, lead filling, and repainting. The car has always been very complete with original parts such as carpet, seats, and instruments. The mats on the parcel shelf and floor were replaced a few years ago due to wear and tear. The lights and glass are original and in good condition. The original aluminum hubcaps have some dents. The engine has not been overhauled during the current owner's ownership. However, it runs excellently and always starts as it should. The 4-speed fully synchronized gearbox also functions perfectly. There are some minor paint damages, please refer to the pictures. The Isetta has mainly been used for various car events, exhibitions, and a few weddings. Throughout the owner's time with the car, it has always been parked indoors, both in summer and winter.

Engine and drivetrain are in good condition. Although the engine has not been overhauled, it has been regularly serviced.

The interior is in a used condition. The seat has some stains. New mats have been installed on the parcel shelf and floor.

The Isetta has an older repaint that is in slightly worn condition with some paint bubbles and imperfections, as shown in the pictures. The convertible top is in good condition. However, the rear window seal is missing. The side window seals are dry.

The BMW Isetta was a German microcar produced between 1955 and 1962. It was introduced in 1955 under license from the Italian company ISO, which had developed the car.
The Isetta featured a 250cc four-stroke engine of its own manufacture, producing 12 horsepower and giving the car a top speed of around 85 km/h. In 1956, a 300cc engine was introduced, adding another horsepower.
In the early years, only the four-wheel version was available. The rear axle lacked a differential, but due to the close proximity of the rear wheels, it was hardly noticeable. The four-wheel version was registered as a car in Sweden, which put it in a difficult competitive position, resulting in low sales.
From the introduction of the three-wheel version in 1959, only this model was sold in Sweden. The model sold in significant numbers and helped BMW overcome the crisis it was facing at the time, as the company was struggling to sell its larger vehicles.
The Isetta was also produced under license by other manufacturers, including in the United Kingdom. Some of these were exported to Sweden.

- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
