Zustand technisch
The engine starts easily and runs smoothly. The V8 delivers a wonderful sound from idle all the way up to highway speeds. The automatic transmission shifts smoothly as it should. Features such as the radio, power windows, climate control, power mirrors, convertible top, and windshield wipers have all been tested and are working properly. However, it has not been possible to test the ESP off function or the parking sensors. The navigation CD is not included.

Zustand Interieur
An elegant interior featuring wood trim and black leather upholstery. Both the driver's and passenger's seats have a few areas of damage—please refer to the photos. Both seats are power-adjustable; the passenger seat functions properly, while the driver's seat power adjustment is inoperative. The wood trim on the steering wheel has a few minor surface cracks, but these are purely cosmetic and do not affect functionality. The floor mats are in good condition. The convertible top headliner has a few light stains, and the lower sections of the door panels have begun to come loose where the adhesive has deteriorated.

Zustand Exterieur
A stylish car that looks at home in almost any setting. Overall, the paintwork and body are in good condition. The front end has a few small stone chips, although they are only noticeable upon close inspection. Two of the 19-inch AMG alloy wheels have curb rash, and a couple of the wheels show marks that may be stubborn dirt or another type of cosmetic damage. There are a few minor paint imperfections around the fuel filler door. The convertible top is clean and free from tears, but it does have a few superficial scratches—please refer to the photos.

Zustand gesamt
A stylish cruiser with plenty of power—equally enjoyable to admire as it is to drive. It's ready to hit the road once it has been re-registered for use. That said, a routine service and troubleshooting of the driver's seat power adjustment should be on the new owner's to-do list.

As expected, the model was offered with a wide range of engine options. At the top of the lineup were two V8-powered variants: the CLK 430, equipped with a 4.3-liter V8 producing 279 hp, and the CLK 55 AMG, featuring a 5.4-liter V8 with 347 hp. By the end of production in 2002, a total of 115,161 first-generation CLK convertibles had been built.

General information about the condition of the vehicles .
- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
