Beschreibung

This Swedish-sold Delta HF Integrale 8V has had just two owners from new, both from the Herrljunga area. The first owner kept the car until 1996, when it was purchased by the current owner. After around two years of use, the car was taken off the road following its last inspection in 1998 and has since been stored inside the owner's warm, dry factory for the past 28 years.

The car is remarkably complete and still retains its original alloy wheels. The engine turns freely but has not been started, so it should be fully recommissioned with all belts replaced before being put back into service.

Curiously, the car is fitted with a tow bar, which most buyers will probably wish to remove.

Overall, the car presents well considering its long-term storage. Rust is present around the lower inner door edges, inner wing edges, the windscreen surround and the tailgate (see pictures). The interior is original and well preserved, with only wear to the driver's seat bolster.

Having covered just 98,760 km, this Integrale spent only around eight years on the road before being stored, making it an exciting restoration opportunity and a chance to own one of the most iconic homologation specials ever built.

Beurteilung Fahrzeugzustand

  • Zustand technisch

    Everything under the bonnet appears to be complete and original, with no obvious signs of accident damage or significant rust. We have not attempted to start or test the engine, so the car should be considered a restoration project that will require a full mechanical inspection and service before being returned to the road. The car rolls freely, loading assistance is available, and the original alloy wheels are included in the boot.

  • Zustand Interieur

    Interior is original and in good overall condition. The driver's seat has some wear and a hole, while the remaining seats are in good condition. The door cards, trim, carpets, and even the headliner have been well preserved thanks to the car being stored in a warm, dry environment. The dashboard is undamaged, and the original gauges and instrumentation are complete.

  • Zustand Exterieur

    The car presents well with straight bodywork and retains all of its original trim and features. There are no major dents or accident damage. Rust is present around the lower body, door bottoms, sills, inner wing edges, tailgate, and windscreen frame. Most of the corrosion is surface blistering rather than perforation, making it repairable. The paintwork remains bright and presentable with a few scratches and age-related marks. Underneath, there is surface rust and corrosion along the body seams, but no obvious major structural rust or holes.

  • Zustand gesamt

    This presents a fantastic opportunity to own an original Lancia Delta Integrale at a very realistic price. It will require mechanical recommissioning and some bodywork repairs, but with good examples now achieving €40,000 and upwards, it offers excellent potential for both enjoyment and future value.

  • During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
  • Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
  • When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
  • If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
  • If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
  • Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
  • For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
