The BMW was imported to Sweden in 2007, having had a single enthusiastic owner who had driven it approximately 80,000 kilometres.
The current owner, himself a dedicated motoring enthusiast, purchased the car that same year and has covered just 9,000 kilometres in nearly 20 years of ownership. Throughout this time, the car has always been stored in a heated garage and has never been driven during the winter months.
It has been serviced regularly, and the fully stamped service book accompanies the car. In recent years, it has been driven only a handful of kilometres each summer, prompting the current owner to feel that it is now time for another enthusiast to enjoy and appreciate this exceptional example.

Fakten zum Modell
The BMW Z3 was launched alongside the James Bond film GoldenEye, marking the first time 007 drove a BMW on screen. The Z3 Roadster drew inspiration from the legendary BMW 507 of the 1950s, combining classic proportions with modern engineering.
The Roadster was offered with a wide range of engines, from the entry-level 1.8-litre four-cylinder producing 116 horsepower to the range-topping 3.2-litre inline-six M engine with up to 321 horsepower.
The Z3 Coupé was introduced in 1999 and was initially available with either a 2.8-litre inline-six developing 193 horsepower or the high-performance M version with 321 horsepower. In 2001, the 2.8-litre engine was replaced by a more powerful 3.0-litre unit producing 231 horsepower, while the M model received an updated engine with 325 horsepower.
Production of the BMW Z3 ended in 2002, with the model being succeeded by the BMW Z4 for the 2003 model year.

General information about the condition of the vehicles .
- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
