To optimize its performance for racing, various measures were taken to make the car as lightweight as possible. This involved removing features like the sunroof, air conditioning, and rear window wiper, all aimed at reducing the overall weight of the vehicle intended for competitive racing. Notably, this particular car has never been used in racing events and remains in its original factory configuration. The only modification made was the installation of a software upgrade known as the 330hp kit, which also included a 3" Moongoose exhaust system as an additional enhancement.
The front headlights have been replaced with Morette double headlights, a feature commonly found on group-N rally/racing cars. The car is also equipped with different shock absorbers, improved brake pads and discs, and an upgraded intercooler to a WRC intercooler for enhanced performance.
The car retains its original heated front windshield and features a black leather interior that was an extra option from the factory, which remains unchanged. Comprehensive maintenance has been carried out, including oil changes, replacement of spark plugs, air filter, oil filter, installation of a new clutch, and fitting new tires (R-tires) on 18" x 8" Speedline wheels.
The car's exterior appearance is consistent with the style of rally cars from the year 1993.
The car was sold in Italy and imported to Sweden in 2003, is not uncommon for these cars to be imported since not many were sold new in Sweden.

The interior is fully intact and free from any damage, featuring Recaro leather seats that appear to be an optional factory upgrade, showing only minor signs of wear. The carpets, headliner, and door cards are in a nice condition, as is the undamaged dashboard with its original gauges. Notably, there is no roll cage, enhancing the car's usability for everyday driving.

General information about the condition of the vehicles .
- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
