Beschreibung

Despite the fact that the registration claims that he became a formal owner in 1969, Nisse Johansson is the sole owner of the PV, according to information. Because it was first registered in June 1965, it could have been a company car of some kind. It was used by him until 1991, when it was inspected for the last time. The car had been housed in the barn since 1992, with the exception of a couple summers when it was driven on the woodland roads. Around the 1990s, Nisse replaced the original engine with a single-carburetor B18, and the previous engine is no longer available. The meter reading of just less than 3,500 kilometres indicates that it has most likely traveled 13,500 km.

Beurteilung Fahrzeugzustand

  • Zustand technisch:

    The engine is a B18 replacement with a revised carburetor layout and a single carburetor. The right twin SU carburetor with related manifolds must be installed in order for the car to be classified as Sport. Regardless, the car is still enjoyable to drive and easy to start. It will require a full start-up service as well as a brake inspection.

  • Zustand Interieur:

    For the miles, the interior is in good functioning order. The headliner is slightly sun bleached, the seats are worn, there is some ripped side upholstery in the rear, and the rubber flat mats are missing.

  • Zustand Exterieur:

    Good chrome, partially repainted, but acceptable paintwork. Bodywork has a few scuffs and paint chips, as well as a minor rust hole in the right boot region under the bumper (see photos). In the front, there are four big time-typical Marchal extra lights.

  • Zustand gesamt:

    After a few minor fixes and a final inspection/MOT, it will be an affordable and usable representative PV Sport in the appropriate color and patina condition. All late red PV Sport models from 1965 and 1966 thats not required to be in exhibition condition.

  • During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
  • Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
  • When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
  • If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
  • If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
  • Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
  • For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
