However, it never made it to Canada and was first used as a work car by the marketing manager at Saab Automobil. The car was purchased by the current owner's mother in 1997.
The most eye-catching feature is the electrically powered glass roof, which is not generally accessible in Europe. This, along with the 2.5-liter V6 and automatic transmission, makes it an uncommon combo. Other notable features include a built-in battery charger and a driver's seat with memory function.
There is a lot of literature and all keys, including two keys to the towbar, are available.

Zustand technisch
It runs smoothly and produces slightly more noise than usual due to the stainless steel exhaust system. Sensors for cruise control and anti-spin have ground issue, according to a Tech2 reading, and so issue a warning.

Upholstery is whole and very nice, with little wear on the driver's seat but nothing out of the ordinary, and small scratches in the seats and plastic details The third headrest in the back seat has been retrofitted (and in textile upholstery).

There are some scratches in the paint and plastic, but these may be removed with a polish. Aside from that, there is some rust on the rear wing edges of the car. Everything in the mechanism and the box around the sunroof is perfect. The engine room is clean, and everything appears to be in good condition given it is nearly 30-year old. Overall, the luggage room is great and well-equipped, however it might benefit from a quick cleaning. The spare wheels and tools are the originals.

This is an unusual car. Well serviced and well taken care of but may need a refresh to be really nice.

General information about the condition of the vehicles .
- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
